Pay My Bill
Living in The Shire, you have three (3) assessment you pay towards:
 
  1. Shire Patio - this is a Monthly assessment due on the 1st and considered late if payment is not processed by the 15th.*This pays towards the landscaping and snow removal of the home.
  2. Shire Community - this is a Semi-Annual assessment that is due on the 1st of January and July and considered late if payment has not processed by the 15th.*This pays towards the amenities: Clubhouse, Pool, Exercise room, etc. 
  3. Arcadia Common - this is an Annual assessment due on January 1st and considered late if payment is not processed by the 31st. *EVERYONE who lives inside of Arcadia (Shire, Highlands, Vineyards, Palisades) pays towards this and it covers the playgrounds and walking trails along with common area landscaping.
Please note: Every account has a different account number which is important to remember. When making your payments, you need to make three (3) separate payments to the correlating account number, or else the system will not know where to disperse the funds and accounts may be considered delinquent.  Always make sure to include the account number for the account you want to pay towards in the memo lines of checks, or the appropriate spot when paying online.
 
If an assessment has increased/decreased from year to year, it is the homeowner's responsibility to make sure they update the amount to reflect the current payment if autopay is setup with an entity. 

Ways to make payments:
 
1. Visit the Alliance Association Online Payment Portal HERE to pay your assessments online.
 
To access this online service, you must have: the Management ID (#6746), your Association ID and Account Number, all provided on your Payment Coupons and/or Invoices. Please see a list of Association Identification Numbers below:
  • Shire Patio Homes - 93
  • Shire Community - 90
  • Arcadia Common - 83

2. Setup Bill Pay/Automatic Pay through your personal banking institute.  There is no Association cost to set this up. Costs would only be associated with this if your personal bank charges. Homeowners can manage this process themselves by following their personal bank’s procedures.
 
3. Check or Money Order Payment through your personal bank. In order to pay by Check or Money Order each month, you MUST have a coupon/statement so that Alliance Association Bank knows where to apply your payment. Checks need to be made out to your community (NOT Vertex) and include your account ID in the memo line.
