With open spaces and an abundance of mature trees, this community is designed to complement the natural features of this site’s park-like setting. The stunning clubhouse, with accompanying pool and fitness center, overlooks rolling hillsides and beautiful tree lines.

 

 

Using Assessments paid by both the Shire Condos and Shire Patio Homes, amenities (clubhouse, pool, and fitness center) are maintained and managed under this Association. During 2016 and 2017, the Shire amenities were shared with Arcadia until the completion of their own amenities in 2018. For a closer look at the operation of the Association, please view the budget.

 

While sharing the Rec Facility’s Board and Association name, Shire’s Patio Homes operate as an individual neighborhood complete with separate Assessments and budget. Additionally, Patio Home owners are members of the Arcadia COA, paying Assessments and enjoying common elements available to the various neighborhoods, which include Shire Patio Homes, Shire Condos, and Arcadia Single Family Homes.

 

This Association has its own Board, budget, and Assessments to support Condo specific maintenance and services. Additionally, Shire Condo owners are members, paying Assessments for the use of common elements, of the Associations for Shire’s Rec Facility and Arcadia. This Association’s membership includes all Single Family homeowners, as well as, owners within additional neighborhoods including Shire Patio Homes and Shire Condos. During 2016 and 2017, the Single Family homeowners enjoyed the use of the Shire’s Rec Facility until enjoying the Arcadia Rec Facility completed in 2018.
